Background & Experience
Roy graduated from the Citadel with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1987 with an emphasis in Finance. Roy began his career in 1989 with Interstate Securities in his hometown of Sumter. Roy was asked to manage the Wells Fargo Advisors office in 2007. In the Spring of 2020, Roy and his partners decided to found Creech Schwartz Wealth Management. Roy’s practice consists of providing wealth solutions and retirement advice to successful individuals, families, and businesses. Roy and his team were selected to the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams from 2023-2024*.
Away From The Office
Roy is an avid runner and outdoorsman. He and his wife, Meg, reside in Sumter and have three boys (William, Layton, and Thomas). His family attends and is very active at Trinity United Methodist Church.
Roy currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Trinity United Methodist Church. He is currently serving as Vice Chairman on the Prisma Health Midlands Board and Chairman of The Tuomey Foundation. He is also serving as the 2023/2024 American Heart Association Heart Walk Chairman.
Roy has served his community as past chair of the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club. He is active in Kiwanis and has served as a past board member and President of the organization. He recently received the “Legion of Honor” award for 25 years of service. Also, Roy has shown dedicated service to the YMCA for over 14 years as a board member and as Chairman. He was named the Humanitarian of the Year in 2014.

Background & Experience
Milton graduated from Clemson University in 1983 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Management.
Milton began his career in 1987 with A.G. Edwards & Sons. From 1993 to October of 2000, he served as the assistant Branch Manager. In 2000, Milton was approached by Merrill Lynch to open their office in Sumter. He joined as an Associate Resident Director and Branch Manager. In May of 2014, Milton joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a Managing Director of Investments. In the Spring of 2020, Milton and his partners decided to found Creech Schwartz Wealth Management.
From 2021-2024, Milton was named to The Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors*. In addition, Milton and his team were selected to the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams from 2023-2024*.
Away From The Office
Milton is a native of Sumter. He and his wife, Caren, have three sons: Hughes, Reid, and Grier. He enjoys spending time with his grandchildren Preston, Ellis, Tribble and Wells. Walking, golfing, and fishing are a few of his hobbies that he enjoys in his free time.
Milton is committed to helping his community prosper, by having served on the YMCA Board, including chair of the board in 2017, and also having served on the Board of Directors at Wilson Hall. In addition, he is an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Background & Experience
Reid graduated from the Calhoun Honors College at Clemson University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management with a concentration in Corporate Finance and a minor in Accounting.
Upon graduation, Reid worked in the Corporate Finance Department for a Fortune 100 company, CSX Transportation, for three years where he provided analysis and decision support to the Operations side of the business. Following his time with CSX Transportation, he joined a small Investment Banking firm where he provided analytical support to engagements with municipalities and State issuers across the Mid-Atlantic.
Reid’s journey in the wealth management industry began in March of 2018. In the Spring of 2020, he and his partners decided to found Creech Schwartz Wealth Management. Reid and his team were selected to the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams from 2023-2024*.
Reid is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) practitioner. As a CFP® practitioner, he coordinates the planning and investment management efforts for clients. He has experience in analyzing and developing complex personal financial strategies and has completed training on retirement and estate planning, insurance planning, and risk management. Integrity is a critical part of the CFP® brand.
Away From The Office
Reid serves his community as the current Treasurer for the Sumter YMCA, Chairman of the Board for the Sumter Museum, and Chairman of the Finance Committee for Trinity United Methodist Church. He is an active Board Member for the Williams Brice Edwards Foundation. He is the Head Coach for the Boys and Girls Cross Country teams and the Middle School Basketball team at Wilson Hall. He and his wife, Katherine, reside in Sumter, SC, and have two sons, Preston and Tribble. His family attends Trinity United Methodist Church. Outside of work, Reid enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family.

Background & Experience
Grier graduated from Wilson Hall School and then Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management with a concentration in Corporate Finance and a minor in Accounting. Upon graduation, he worked as a Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo in the Commercial Bank in Greenville, SC for 3 years. During that role, Grier managed and grew his book of business and worked with clients developing unique strategies to help them toward financial independence. After relocating back home to Sumter from Greenville, he joined Creech Schwartz Wealth Management in 2023.
Away From The Office
Grier lives in Sumter, SC with his wife, Catherine, where they are active members at Christ Community Church. Grier serves as a YoungLife leader for high school students as well as a volunteer basketball coach at Wilson Hall. Grier also volunteers with the children’s ministry at Christ Community Church. In his free time, Grier enjoys golfing, running and being outdoors.

Background & Experience
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University in 2012 with a degree in Financial Management, specializing in Financial Services, and a minor in accounting, Brenley entered the workforce in banking at Southern First Bank as a Management Associate in their management training program. In 2014, Brenley moved to Sumter and transitioned to a Staff Accountant position at Glasscock Company. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2015 after gaining experience in the banking industry and as an accountant. Brenley is insurance licensed and holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.
Away From The Office
Brenley married a Sumter native, Richard, in 2014 and now considers Sumter her home. They have two children - Pryor and Lottie as well as two, very large dogs, Tiller, a yellow Lab and Sully, a Bernedoodle. Away from the office, Brenley enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and hanging out at the lake or the beach. She is an active member of the Sumter community, volunteering her time with the Sumter Junior Welfare League, Wilson Hall School, and Christ Community Church. Currently, she serves on the Wilson Hall PTO Board as well as the Sumter Junior Welfare League Board.

Background & Experience
Samantha is the daughter of an Air Force veteran and proud to have been born and raised in Sumter. After graduating from the College of Charleston in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts Management, she returned to Sumter, beginning her career as a Patient Services Representative with Carolina Family Medicine. Samantha then transitioned into medical coding after obtaining her CPC certification. She also has spent time working for Trinity United Methodist Church as the Discipleship Ministry Assistant. Samantha has worked with the practice since its inception and enjoys working with clients.
Away From The Office
Samantha is married to fellow Sumter native, Eric. They have two children, Isla Jane and Knox, as well as a German Shorthaired Pointer, Hank. Samantha and her family attend Christ Community Church where she is active with the children's ministry. In her free time, she enjoys reading and creating artwork.
